¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ Corporation (Head Office: Naniwa-ku, Osaka, Japan; President and Representative Director: Yuichi Kitao; hereinafter ‘¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ’) will implement organizational changes effective January 1, 2025, with the goal of facilitating independent management of Farm & Industrial Machinery and Water & Environment businesses to foster growth by capitalizing on the distinct strengths and characteristics of each business sector.

• As Farm & Industrial Machinery Business continues to expand overseas, particularly in North America, Water & Environment Business focuses primarily on domestic growth. Both also differ in terms of business model and scale, necessitating a framework that allows each business sector to operate more in alignment with its own unique characteristics.
• Notably, in Farm & Industrial Machinery Business, certain functions overlap with those of Corporate Staff, while organizations in charge of procurement, R&D, ICT, and other functions operate separately. This structure has led to inefficiencies in business management. In addition, as we continue to expand rapidly overseas, decision-making is becoming an increasingly complex process.
• These revisions will grant each business sector greater authority, establishing organizational structures capable of swift decision-making and independent management. Moving forward, these changes are expected to further accelerate the growth of both business sectors.

• Organizations and functions relating to manufacturing engineering, production control, procurement, R&D, and ICT that are currently under the jurisdiction of Corporate duties will be transferred to the Farm and Industrial Machinery Consolidated Division.
• Certain functions currently under the jurisdiction of Corporate duties will be transferred to the Water and Environment Infrastructure Consolidated Division, which will become an in-house company.
