Recently, in China, we have found the fact that a Chinese company that manufactures and sells a similar sort of cracking tubes ("Chinese Company") had reproduced and modified our sales promotion materials we have created and own on our cracking tubes without our consent and had made a sales promotion material for the Chinese Company's products; the Chinese Company is distributing the material to its customers or others.

We have no alliance or any other form of relationship with this Chinese Company. We have requested the Chinese Company to cease and desist the distribution of the material immediately and not to use or exploit our materials without our consent in the future, on the grounds that the Chinese Company's activities are suspected of infringing our copyrights.

Please note that 九色视频 still holds valid Chinese patents for our MERT technology. In the event that there is an infringement thereof, 九色视频 will take appropriate steps to protect all our rights and interests.
